Privacy Policy
The short version
- No accounts, logins or personal contact information.
- Your profile, progress, streaks and settings stay on your device.
- Every game plays offline. There's no chat and no online multiplayer.
- On Android, ads are served by Google AdMob, and you can change your consent at any time.
- Players under 13 see no ads, and no ad requests are made for them.
Who we are
PuzzleVerse ("PuzzleVerse", "we", "us") is a collection of 67 puzzle, card, board, sports, arcade and pass-and-play party games for Android and iOS, developed by Sarthak Jain under Offbeat Applications.
Information we do not collect
PuzzleVerse has no user accounts and no server of its own. You never log in, and we have no way to know who you are.

Data stored on your device
PuzzleVerse saves the following locally, in SharedPreferences on Android and UserDefaults on iOS. None of it is sent to us or anyone else.
- Profile: the player name, avatar and color theme you pick, plus your XP and level.
- Birth year: from the age screen. It's used only on your device, to decide whether ads may be shown and which ad content settings apply.
- Progress: per-game plays, wins, best scores, stars, unlocked levels, in-progress games, daily missions, streaks and achievements.
- Library: your favorites and recently played games.
- Settings: sound, music, haptics, theme, reduced motion and language.

The iOS version requests no permissions and doesn't ask to track you.
Advertising and consent
The Android version shows ads through Google AdMob to stay free. Ads never appear during a round, on top of game controls, or when the app opens. Banners appear only on the Home and Library tabs. Full-screen ads appear only after a round ends, at most once every three rounds with at least two minutes between them. Rewarded ads, such as "Watch ad: double XP", play only when you tap them. All ad content is limited to a PG rating.
PuzzleVerse uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). In the EEA, UK and applicable US states, you'll see a consent message where you can choose personalized or non-personalized ads, or decline non-essential processing. Ads load only after this choice. You can change it any time with Ad privacy choices in Settings.
AdMob may process identifiers such as your Google Advertising ID, coarse location derived from your IP address, device diagnostics and ad interactions, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and advertising terms. Offbeat Applications never accesses or stores your Advertising ID.
The iOS version currently shows no ads, and the ad SDK is never started on iOS. If this changes, we'll update this policy first.
Children
PuzzleVerse is a general-audience game collection and isn't directed primarily at children. A neutral age screen asks for your birth year with no answer preselected.
- Under 13: no ads at all. The ad SDK isn't started, so no advertising identifiers or ad requests leave the device.
- 13 to 17: ads are requested with Google's age-restricted treatment for teens.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe your child has provided personal information through advertising or another channel, contact us and we'll act on it.
Disclosure of information
We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer personal data, as defined under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or other privacy laws. We hold no personal data to share. We would only disclose technical information if compelled by a valid court order or subpoena.
Your choices
- Change ad consent at any time with Ad privacy choices in Settings (Android).
- Reset or limit ad personalization in your device's Google or Android privacy settings.
- Reset your progress from Settings in the app.
- Uninstall the app to delete everything PuzzleVerse has stored on your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of PuzzleVerse after an update means you accept the revised policy.
